how a Moret is created

A vision becomes a unique product. This is the case in the Moret style office, where creativity and a taste for beauty are intertwined, drawing on a vast repertoire of colours, materials, elementary or geometric patterns and complex decorations.
Full-bodied, shiny, and dense: the carpet material should be both well thought-out and handled delicately, and this is how Moret selects materials from producers. Natural materials for wool, silk, viscose, or linen carpets. Or unusual yarns created according to the weaving techniques chosen for each individual item.
In its own in-house dye facitlity, Moret produces and reproduces each shade in a stable manner, using the best dyes and advanced technologies. These are shades that will be everlasting in both the carpet itself and in the eyes of those who chose it.
The faces behind the taut threads of the loom are those of the Turkish women and men chosen by Moret for their skilled hands, capable of knotting marvellous works of art. The use of excellent materials and state-of-the-art weaving machinery guarantees high quality, even in the case of tufted or carpeted carpets.
Perfection is a goal that is achieved through refinement. This phase includes burning the hairs in the back of the carpet, washing in purified water, beating, examining the edges, nailing, and pulling.

    Our know-how, obtained from almost fifty years’ experience is combined with the aesthetic, functional and qualitative needs of contract projects: carpets of different shapes and sizes, wall-to-wall, carpets. Every idea is developed from concept to completion, from installation to certification.

    dyes and colours

    Moret's in-house dye facility allows for an infinite number of shades and tints to be made-to-measure for each project, always with the utmost attention to quality, safety and environmental sustainability of the colours used.

    samples

    We can supply samples quickly thanks to direct production management. Samples are indispensable to define the contours of an idea, which is why Moret offers the option to touch the yarns, being able to distinguish the colours in real-time and browsing through each pattern that has already been woven.

    certifications

    Working for hotels, boutiques, restaurants, offices, yachts and villas means complying with international certifications and standards. Moret provides fire and smoke certifications.
